Registration for the app is complimentary and requires users to enter their name and mobile number. After logging in, access is secured with a PIN, and it is important to note that creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

Procedure for Proposing a Loan
Users must register within the app by providing personal details and location information. Following this, they can input data regarding the individual seeking a loan from BRAC. The staff at BRAC Microfinance will then verify the provided information and assess the viability of the loan request.

Monitoring Your Progress
The app allows users to monitor all activities in real-time, providing updates on the status of suggested loans.

Products Available
Users can easily access information about the various products offered by BRAC Microfinance for Progoti clients, conveniently located at the bottom of the home page.

Transition to Agami App
For users of BRAC Agami or BRAC Progoti services, there is a direct option available at the top of the screen to switch to the Agami app seamlessly.

BRAC staff contact numbers and call center information can be found on the user’s profile page within the app. For any assistance related to app usage, users are encouraged to reach out to the support unit.

Upon logging in, the app defaults to Bangla; however, users have the option to switch to English through a button located at the top center of the interface.
